Orders are dispatched 1-3 days after purchase. However, please note that during busy periods such as new launches and sales, dispatch may take up to 5 working days. We use a tracked service for all shipping options. We ship to all countries except Russia and Ukraine.

UK Shipping: £5 standard shipping, £8 express. Free on orders over £190
US Shipping: £12 standard, £20 express. Free on orders over £250
EU Shipping: £18 standard, £28 express. Free on orders over £250
Ireland Shipping: £15 standard, £25 express. Free on orders over £250
AUS, NZ, CA: £20 standard, £30 express free on orders over £250
Rest of World Shipping: £30 express. Free on orders over £300

Returns and exchanges

For full priced items we offer a full refund on the cost of the items or free (UK) exchanges. Requests must be made within 14 days from when you receive your order.

All SALE items are final and non refundable. This does not apply to first time purchase discounts as it is not considered a sale.
